He is the co-founder of Bridgeway Partners and author of the best-selling book Systems Thinking for Social Change: A Practical Guide for Solving Complex Problems, Avoiding Unintended Consequences, and Achieving Lasting Results (Chelsea Green, 2015).
David also co-founded Innovation Associates, the pioneering consulting firm in the area of organizational learning, with Peter Senge, et al, and he was a charter member of the Society for Organizational Learning.
