As the competitive environment continues to intensify in Singapore, organizations, companies and departments need to find ways to do more with less, and to differentiate themselves from others based on the innovative nature of products and services being offered. Moreover, as global challenges escalate, organizations and their people must engage the challenges and opportunities of sustainability, which by its very nature, requires new thinking and process, product and service innovation. The question then is:
How can we all get the greatest benefit from our innovation efforts?
The key to answering this question is discovered through the art and practice of systems thinking, which can provide the strategic cognitive breakthrough needed to target innovation efforts more effectively and to assist in developing successful innovation diffusion strategies that accelerate whole system impacts. Systems thinking does this by providing a methodology and a set of tools for constructing maps of systems and determining the points of the greatest impact.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Public sector officers, young executives and managers responsible for tackling strategic and complex challenges in their respective organizations;
Business managers and problem solvers who want to improve the success of their disruptive ideas and solutions;

Professionals / consultants and coaches working with innovation and sustainability.
We are pleased to welcome founder and Director of Systainability Asia, Robert Steele, who will be our workshop trainer.
Robert has extensive experience in many fields, and prides himself on being an expert “generalist”, in the sense of having a wide-ranging and deep knowledge on many subjects and fields related to education, environmental management, energy efficiency, organisational change and leadership, CSR, sustainability and sustainable development, green economy, social enterprise development, indicator development and most importantly, systems thinking, which is really the glue-like knowledge and skill that allows him to bring in all of these other areas and disciplines into a highly effective consulting and capacity building practice for organisations and groups seeking to build successful change and transformation strategies and actions with tangible results.
BY THE END OF THIS 1-DAY TRAINING, YOU WILL BE ABLE TO:
Explain to others what sustainability means in the context of innovation and system change

Identify leverage within the system for effective intervention with new ideas to obtain the system results you aim to achieve
